Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Assistant (Female) to join our team at United Healthcares. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our ecommerce operations and contributing to the success of our online business. As an Ecommerce Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience in the ecommerce industry. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, with an expected junior level experience of 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in ecommerce or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and content management systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Experience with digital marketing and social media management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on our ecommerce platform

Coordinate with suppliers and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of orders

Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management

Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Analyze ecommerce data and prepare reports on sales performance

Assist in digital marketing efforts, including social media management and email campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the ecommerce user experience

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ecommerce best practices
