Key Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan, aligning it with the long-term vision and objectives of the organization.

Drive business development initiatives, including identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's customer base.

Provide effective leadership to the management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition.

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, government agencies, and industry associations.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as safety and environmental standards.

Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective risk management practices throughout the organization.

Establish and maintain a high-performance culture, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

Foster a strong corporate social responsibility agenda, promoting sustainable practices and community engagement.

Overseeing the entire operations of the company efficiently.

Candidate Prerequisite

Proven experience as a CEO, preferably in the cement industry or related sectors.

In-depth knowledge of the cement manufacturing process, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Strong business acumen and ability to drive growth and profitability.

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve company objectives.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial statements and make informed business decisions.

Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business environments and manage change effectively.
