We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team at Tesk Training Consultancy. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within our organization. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and is suitable for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to meet quotas and work well under pressure

Familiarity with resume screening and applicant tracking systems

Strong organizational and time management skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates

Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office

Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles

High attention to detail and accuracy

Roles And Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates for various job openings

Review and analyze resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers during the selection process

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruitment database

Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements

Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires

Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes
