Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GM - Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing to join our team. As the GM - Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing activities of our company. This includes developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background along with excellent sales and marketing skills.
Qualifications And Skills
15+ years of experience in techno-commercial sales and marketing
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong technical background with knowledge of the industry
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
Candidate should have experience in Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing of preferably Steel Castings or any other mechanical items used in Steel, Cement, Sponge Iron & General Engineering Plants.
Candidate should have the ability to read technical drawings.
Candidate should be willing to travel 10 to 15 days a month post pandemic to Steel/ Cement & Sponge Iron Plants.
Candidate should have experience in marketing industrial products to Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Sponge Iron Plants and General Engineering Sectors.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets
Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
Drive the marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Manage the budget for sales and marketing activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the management
