Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller for leading collage in Ahmedabad which is affiliated by Gujarat Technological University. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. As a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, you will be provided with the necessary training and support to excel in your role.

Qualifications And Skills

Any Graduate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with customers

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of computer systems and CRM software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle customer complaints or issues professionally

Roles And Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our training and coaching services

Answer incoming calls and provide information about our services to interested individuals

Identify and understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details and interactions

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met, and update them on new offerings and promotions

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers

Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate as necessary

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide accurate information to customers

Adhere to company policies and regulations to ensure ethical and compliant behavior
