Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.

Qualifications And Skills

More than 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Good business acumen and understanding of market dynamics

Experience in qualifying prospects and closing sales deals

Ability to analyze sales data and trends

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals

Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to grow the business

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and drive business development activities

Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the market

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve overall company goals
