Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Triptadka, a hospitality brand of Meravilla Solutions LLP. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in implementing and managing various HR programs and initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Vikhroli, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

1 to 3 years of experience in HR

Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office applications

Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews

Manage employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work environment

Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge

Assist in performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development

Manage employee relations and address employee queries and concerns

Assist in the implementation of HR systems and tools to streamline HR processes

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR databases

Provide support in HR analytics and reporting
