Job Overview

VAPSNEST is looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads for our products and services. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada

Ability to convince and persuade people

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships

Good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our products and services

Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives

Generate leads through effective communication and persuasive skills

Maintain a database of potential and existing customers

Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success

Keep updated with product knowledge and company policies

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Follow-up with customers to ensure timely payment and renewals

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers
