Job Description: HR & Admin Coordinator ( Executive)
Recruitment, sourcing candidate, arranging interviews, feedback follow up, reference checking, offer finalization.
On boarding new joining employees, Joining formalities, induction training.
Training, training plan follow-up, collecting training records and documentation and QMS ISO 9001:13485 related documentation.
Responsible for CSR activities in coordination with other CSR committee members.
Handling queries from employees regarding admin facilities, Salary, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc
Processing expenses reimbursements of sales team, employees conveyance & other expenses, HR vender payments etc.
Employee engagement activities, festival celebrations etc
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
