Inside Sales/ Business Development Manager (IT) About the job: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/ Business Development Manager who have strong work experience in software IT firms to join our team of cloud experts. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities focusing on Cloud Billing and Reseller Commerce Platforms. You will work closely with our leadership and be part of a small, elite team that delivers reseller commerce solutions to diverse global clients. We offer a complete suite of services for Cloud Resellers and Managed Service Providers to create a customized Marketplace experience for their customers businesses. Our platform integrates provisioning, automation, and billing for Microsoft CSP Partners, saving them time and hassle by automating the manual tasks of managing data and invoices. Responsibilities:

Generate, qualify, and develop new business leads by reaching out to customers via phone/ Skype calls, emails, and collaborative tools from various sources of leads - digital marketing, event leads, database of target accounts, etc.

Cultivate opportunities, drive sales, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire portfolio of our product offerings.

Meet the product selling targets every quarter while prioritizing a positive experience for customers and prospects.

Develop and implement comprehensive outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company. Set up business meetings with potential customers and be able to give strong demo presentations. Ensure all communication with opportunities is effective, friendly, and professional.

Disciplined and proper usage of mandated sales tools and programs to accurately capture

Build rapport with existing and new customers. results. Skills Required:

BE/ MBA in Sales and Marketing/ equivalent bachelors degree with minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 2 years of Cloud (or) SaaS B2B sales experience with a proven track record. Sales experience in Microsoft Cloud Business will be a plus. Should be a go-getter, entrepreneurial, and a self-starter who can work independently, create a pipeline, and build out your network.
