Positions: Intern - Operations, Intern - Customer Support (Outbound)

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Manager - Operations, Manager - Customer Support

Salary range: 15K per month

Internship duration: 3 months

Full-time conversion: Based on performance, you will be given a full-time opportunity at the end of the internship.

After Conversion: 2.5 LPA

Weekly Off: There will be one day off per week during the Intern phase. Two days off per week upon full-time conversion.

Eligibility Criteria For Both Positions

Qualification: Any Graduate

Passing Year: 2022 and 2023

Joining Month: March 2024, We have openings every month as it is an ongoing requirement

Responsibilities For Intern - Customer Support Role

Handle customer queries through chats primarily and manage calls and email-based on demand

Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions

Generate revenue by understanding the needs of customers

Upsell other products wherever possible

Ability to analyze the situation at hand and make a business decision to ensure that the customer experience is not impacted

Responsibilities For Intern Operations Role

Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & In- house

Responsible for End to end backend support to Operations inquiries, Appointment Confirmations, follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, escalations and executions

Working closely with Clients, Corporate Customers, and internal stakeholders for Appointment confirmations, and reports ensuring timely action of completing tasks at hand

Coordinate with Insurer on Inclusions/exclusions, and rejection/approval of OPD Insurance claims

Effective communication in handling customer queries and query resolution with the customers

Number of calls dialed per day, Call Quality

Cross-selling, Conversion rate

Shift adherence

FCR, Best customer experience & CSAT

100% Accuracy

Product and process enhancements

Query handling, Confirmation, Reports, Escalation handling TAT

Must Skills

Good communication skills in English and multi-tasking ability

Sound confident, energetic and have patience all through the day

Friendly, calm under pressure, and effective communication with customers

Ability to probe and comprehend the issue or situations

Flexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement

Ideal Candidate

Excellent attention to detail with good typing speed

Good Excel and presentation skills

Someone who is good at selling and can be self-motivated, take initiative, flexible to accommodate new methods, and responsibilities as and when the role demands

Decision-making and prioritization

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning abilities

Build and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be provided to the customer
