Location: Hyderabad
Reporting to: Manager - Operations, Manager - Customer Support
Salary range: 15K per month
Internship duration: 3 months
Full-time conversion: Based on performance, you will be given a full-time opportunity at the end of the internship.
After Conversion: 2.5 LPA
Weekly Off: There will be one day off per week during the Intern phase. Two days off per week upon full-time conversion.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Passing Year: 2022 and 2023
Joining Month: March 2024, We have openings every month as it is an ongoing requirement

Responsibilities For Intern - Customer Support Role
Handle customer queries through chats primarily and manage calls and email-based on demand
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
Generate revenue by understanding the needs of customers
Upsell other products wherever possible
Ability to analyze the situation at hand and make a business decision to ensure that the customer experience is not impacted
Responsibilities For Intern Operations Role
Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & In- house
Responsible for End to end backend support to Operations inquiries, Appointment Confirmations, follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, escalations and executions
Working closely with Clients, Corporate Customers, and internal stakeholders for Appointment confirmations, and reports ensuring timely action of completing tasks at hand
Coordinate with Insurer on Inclusions/exclusions, and rejection/approval of OPD Insurance claims
Effective communication in handling customer queries and query resolution with the customers
