Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for
the construction equipment and concrete machinery division, aligning with the
company's overall objectives.
Drive innovation and growth by identifying market trends, customer needs,
and technological advancements to enhance our product offerings and
maintain a competitive edge.
Operational Excellence:
Streamline and optimize all operational processes, from Sales CRM, spare
parts rationalization, swift and prompt service having excellent understanding
of all service KPIs such as MTTR, RFT etc, and ensuring efficiency, cost-
effectiveness, and timely delivery of products and services.
Implement best practices and quality control measures to ensure the highest
standards in product performance and customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team including engineering,
supply chain, sales, and customer support professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting open
communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Build a healthy team with a positive and growth mindset approach
Product Development and Innovation:
Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement,
enhancement, and expansion of our construction equipment and concrete
machinery portfolio.
Stay abreast with technological advancements and incoprorate yhe same in
day to day working
Market Expansion and Sales Growth:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute
strategies for expanding market share, identifying new growth opportunities,
and establishing strong customer relationships.
Leverage industry connections and networks to forge partnerships and
collaborations that drive business development and revenue growth.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management for the
division, ensuring profitability, financial sustainability, and resource allocation
alignment with strategic goals.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal
requirements, maintaining a safe working environment for employees and
customers.
Mitigate operational risks by implementing effective risk management
strategies and contingency plans.
