PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Responsible for Competency, and training toADMs & FAs in the rural villages of the assigned state.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Imparting Classroom and field visit Training on Product, Process, Compliance, and Skills & Behavior, etc. Includes extensive travel across assigned States/territories and on a need basis across India.

To Design, develop, and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis, by engaging with internal and external stakeholders across the company's geographies.

Get a detailed understanding of training requirements and prioritize training programs.

Coach and mentor sales team members as required and ensure the resolution of any field issues

Deciding monthly training calendar, Branch coverage & Productivity of the Sales Team

Execution of the training plan for New Employees.

Training needs identification Gap between the present & desired state.

Identification of business challenges.

Collecting Feedback, Assessment sheets & attendance sheets post training and maintaining and sending them across to HO as per requirement and complying with audit requirements.

Coordination with supervisors/ regional sales team and other key stakeholders to ensure implementation of training programs.

Critical competencies

Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to deliver sessions in the local language

Good energy and passion for training

Ability to deliver appropriate training inputs- practical & relevant for the sales team

Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

Willingness to travel constantly between branches in assigned territory

Insurance domain experience

Reasonably tech-savvy

Desired competencies

Proven experience in delivering a Training program to multiple levels of Audience

Experience in making presentations

Knowledge of the local Life insurance market and its potential

Product knowledge in multiple products

Reporting Relationships

AGM- Competency Development

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Graduate /Postgraduate

Years of Experience

At least 2-3 years in conducting sales training

Preferred Only from Life Insurance Sales / Training with aggressive sales / commanding Communication skills) (1 year in Insurance preferable )

Additional Skill Required

People currently handling recruitment & activation of insurance agents 50%

Experience in handling Insurance training 30%

Exposed & willing to traveling 20%

Regional language speaking -compulsory

Max CTC 7 Lakhs.
