We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share in the Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications And Skills
1-4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
Identify and prospect new clients, build and maintain relationships with existing clients
Effectively communicate the unique value proposition and service offerings to potential clients
Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
Negotiate and close sales deals
