Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and we are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field

4 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry

In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws

Experience in end-to-end recruitment process

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proactive and result-oriented mindset

Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems

Certification in HR management is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization

Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the right fit

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle employee onboarding and orientation

Manage employee performance evaluation process

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

Implement and monitor employee training and development programs

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports as required
