Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Central GYM Manager to join our team at Tejasva Industries. As the Central GYM Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gym facilities across multiple locations. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a salary range of competitive rates based on experience. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Proven experience as a gym manager or similar role

Excellent leadership and managerial skills

Strong knowledge of fitness equipment and training techniques

Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work well in a team environment

Certification in fitness or personal training is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple gym facilities

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain gym members

Create and enforce gym policies and procedures

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of gym equipment and facilities

Provide hands-on training and supervision to gym staff

Create and manage gym class schedules and programs

Monitor and evaluate gym staff performance

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote gym services and events

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
