Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Station Surveyor to join our construction project team. As a Total Station Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and gathering accurate data to support the planning, design, and construction of various projects. This is a mid-level position that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in surveying, preferably in the construction industry. The job is located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India and it is a full-time employment opportunity.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.

4 to 6 years of experience in surveying, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficiency in working with total station equipment and specialized surveying software.

In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques and principles.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with project stakeholders.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in surveying.

Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct precise measurements of distances, angles, elevations, and coordinates using total station equipment.

Collect and record data necessary for the design, planning, and construction of various projects.

Create accurate survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software.

Perform topographic surveys to gather information about the existing conditions of the project site.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy in project specifications.

Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments to ensure accurate measurements.

Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports for project stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal regulations during surveying operations.

Assist in the preparation of project estimates and budgets related to surveying activities.

Coordinate with subcontractors and other surveying professionals as needed.
