Job Overview

We are looking for a Production Incharge to oversee our production operations and ensure the efficient and timely manufacturing of customized clothing for weddings. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in production management and a strong understanding of clothing manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in production management or a similar role

Strong knowledge of clothing manufacturing processes and techniques

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and quality orientation

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and production management software

Roles And Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise the day-to-day production activities

Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high quality standards

Implement and monitor production processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow

Manage and train production staff to optimize performance

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team

Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with the design team to develop new product designs

Maintain production records and prepare reports for management
