Job Overview

We are seeking a Jr. CNC Programmer (Prima & Amada) to join our team at DCS Group. As a Jr. CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines, specifically Prima and Amada machines. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications And Skills

A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

1 to 3 years of experience programming and operating CNC machines, specifically Prima and Amada machines

Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings

Strong knowledge of G-code programming

Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Program CNC machines, specifically Prima and Amada machines, according to specifications and blueprints

Set up and operate machines to produce high precision parts

Check and confirm the accuracy of programs and machine settings

Troubleshoot and resolve any programming or machine operation issues

Collaborate with other team members to optimize machine performance and production efficiency

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Document and maintain records of machine programs and settings
