Job Overview

The Swayamvar is looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store's staff, inventory, sales, and customer service. This is a mid-level role that requires 4 to 6 years of experience in retail management.

Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in retail management

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising

Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions

Good understanding of the retail industry and market trends

Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures

Supervise and train store staff to provide excellent customer service

Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability
