Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Euonus IT . As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of software development projects. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in software development.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) is preferred.

Roles And Responsibilities

Plan and manage software development projects from initiation to completion.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they align with client requirements.

Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance.

Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate solutions.

Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and test plans.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including clients and management.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Handle change requests, scope changes, and other project-related updates.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and requirements.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
