Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality Python applications for various projects, ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to analyze requirements and implement solutions.

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using best practices and coding standards.

Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues, providing timely resolutions.

Optimize application performance through code optimization, caching techniques, and database tuning.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to standards.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Python development.

Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and assistance to foster their professional growth.

Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute effective test strategies and plans.

Assist in the estimation and planning of development tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

Proven experience as a Python Developer, with at least [X] years of hands-on experience in Python application development.

Strong knowledge of Python frameworks, such as Django or Flask, and understanding of their implementation patterns and best practices.

Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
