Hands on knowledge for hardware software and troubleshooting basics.

Knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP core server components.

IP addressing, Nat, Security concepts, Routing, switching, PRI, T1, E1 lines.

Knowledge on Desktop laptop and Server hardware.

Knowledge on VoIP communication like Alcatel lucent, Avaya, and Cisco voice devices.

CM, Gateway, SM, SBC and SMGR

Good knowledge on IT helpdesk ticketing flow process and escalation process

Asset management and audit knowledge.
