Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CNC Programmer (Prima & Amada Programming) to join our team at DCS Group. As a Senior CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in CNC programming using Prima & Amada software.

Qualifications And Skills

7 to 10 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, with expertise in Prima & Amada programming.

Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC machines.

In-depth knowledge of machining processes, including milling, drilling, and turning.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Excellent programming skills using Prima & Amada software.

Familiarity with different types of materials and their machining characteristics.

Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Roles And Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Review engineering drawings and determine the best machining methods and sequences.

Write and modify CNC programs using Prima & Amada software.

Ensure that machines are properly calibrated and maintained.

Perform routine quality control checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during machining operations.

Collaborate with engineers, production supervisors, and other team members to optimize production processes.

Train and mentor junior CNC programmers and machine operators.

Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
