Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment. The job location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills
Solid experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes
Ability to head hunt and attract passive candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in bulk hiring for real estate or construction industry is preferred
Strong team handling skills
Proficient in using recruitment tools and software
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Experience in home textile manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance and support in the recruitment process
Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, when necessary, to meet hiring targets
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities to the management
