Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at DCS Group. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our production department. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with production processes and procedures. This is a full-time position located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field

1 to 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role

Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Knowledge of safety regulations and practices

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization

Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications

Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks that may affect production efficiency

Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Train and supervise production staff to ensure competency and productivity

Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production team members

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs
