Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at Town And City Developers. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective candidate engagement

Experience with bulk hiring and sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms

Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific positions

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes

Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent

Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals

Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific positions

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, applicant tracking, interview coordination, and offer negotiation

Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices
