Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager for our company Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to promote our renewable energy solutions. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India and it is a full-time employment opportunity.
Qualifications And Skills
Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract and retain followers
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for digital marketing
Optimize website content and design to improve search engine rankings and user experience
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging
