Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials and branding initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

Knowledge of digital media and social media platforms.

Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Market analysis skills to identify design trends and competitors' strategies.

Degree or certification in graphic design or a relevant field.

Roles And Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.

Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop creative concepts and strategies.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new design projects.

Use Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to create and edit designs.

Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Conduct market analysis to stay updated on design trends and competitors' visual strategies.

Provide design support for various departments within the company.

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives.

Stay up to date with industry advancements and continuously develop your design skills.
