Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy products and services. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy

Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills

Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Roles And Responsibilities

Promote and sell solar energy products and services to prospective customers

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar industry

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, explaining the benefits and features of our solar products

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, assisting customers in making informed decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to effectively communicate value propositions to customers

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
