Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications And Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent sales prospecting and lead generation skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Exceptional customer relationship management abilities

In-depth product knowledge and ability to articulate technical concepts

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Effective time management and organizational skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge

Full time
