Skills : Good spoken and written English and Tamil, Good knowledge and practice in MS Office, Tally, Emails and browsing

Reporting to: Manager purchase

Roles & Responsibilities

Research potential vendors

Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Review quality of purchased products

Process Purcahse orders in Excel, Google Sheet and Tally ERP - Enter order details (e.g.,

vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases excel and Tally ERP

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Prepare reports on purchases including cost analysis

Coordinate with stores team and Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed with site

PR

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure delivery on correct time

Proven work experience in a Purchase department
