We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely billing statements for our clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Billing Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Proficiency in RA Bills

Strong knowledge of billing principles and procedures

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using billing software and tools

Diploma in Billing Engineering is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Prepare and review billing statements for accuracy and completeness

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate billing information

Calculate quantities and costs for materials, equipment, and labor

Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to resolve billing issues

Maintain billing records and documentation

Prepare reports and analysis of billing information

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices

Assist in the development and improvement of billing processes

Provide support to the finance team as needed
