Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and validating the structural components of our construction projects. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The job is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

4 to 6 years of experience in structural design engineering

Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices

Proficiency in using design and analysis software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro

Familiarity with architectural drawings and construction processes

Experience in precast modeling and validation

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Design and develop structural components and systems for construction projects

Create architectural drawings, including 2D and 3D models, using advanced software

Prepare and review structural calculations, specifications, and reports

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design compliance with project requirements and industry standards

Perform structural analysis and validation using appropriate engineering software

Conduct structural inspections and evaluations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations

Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and codes

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers
