Town and City Developers is seeking a Senior Site Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. As the Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with project teams. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, offering a competitive salary.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in the real estate industry

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices

Expertise in construction site inspections and quality control

Expertise in high rise residential building

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Proficiency in structural analysis and design

Experience in finishing work and apartment construction

Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards

Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors

Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Manage and supervise site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers

Monitor and control project costs, budget, and resource allocation

Provide technical expertise and advice on construction methods, materials, and technologies

Collaborate with the design team to address any design-related issues during construction
