Job Overview

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team at Triptadka, a hospitality brand of Meravilla Solutions LLP. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store in Kasara, Maharashtra, India. You will be in charge of managing inventory, supervising staff, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency

Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure

Passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, ensuring stock availability, and monitoring sales performance

Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance, training, and support

Create a positive and customer-oriented environment to maximize customer satisfaction

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer loyalty

Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to optimize store performance

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and attract customers

Conduct regular inventory checks, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues effectively

Stay updated with industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities
