Key Responsibilities
To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is always met.
To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
To keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
Any other activities as defined by the sales manager
Graduate- 15 years of education
Experience- 6 months in direct sales (B2B, B2C, field sales)
Two-wheeler- mandatory
Good Communication and presentation skills
6 days a week; no weekend off (1-day rotational week off from Monday to Thursday)
Compensation- Fixed CTC +1 LPA Retention Bonus (paid based on the quality of sales) +Travel allowance up to 4K (based on travel)+ Incentives based on sales target
Flexible to travel and time extension (based on customer needs)
Age- 24 - 35 Years (profile based)
