Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
Provide information and answer inquiries about the company and its services
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing schedules
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary
Assist with coordination of meetings and events
