Job Overview

We are seeking a Plant HR Admin Officer to join our team at DCS Group. As the Plant HR Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing and administering all HR activities at our plant located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in plant administration and employee relations.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field

4 to 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on plant administration and employee relations

Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications

Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day HR operations at the plant, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws

Administer and maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations

Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, exit interviews, and documentation

Support recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans

Maintain HR-related data and generate reports as required

Stay updated with current HR trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall plant operations and organizational goals
