Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Facebook Ads Manager to join our team at SocialCTR Solutions. As a Facebook Ads Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to drive results for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience as a Facebook Ads Manager or in a similar role

Proven track record of successful Facebook advertising campaigns

Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other advertising platforms

Proficient in audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative asset development

Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies to meet client's marketing objectives

Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative assets

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling ad creatives

Stay up to date with the latest Facebook advertising trends and best practices

Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI

Provide regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to clients

Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and adjust strategies as needed

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth
