Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Architect to join our team at Sahanas Creations. As a Junior Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting architecture and interior design projects. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture IS MUST

SHOULD BE ABLE TO PRODUCE PHOTO REALISTIC VIEWS.

1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Understanding of sustainable design principles

Roles And Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in preparing design proposals and presentations

Contribute to the development of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications

Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is achieved

Perform site visits and inspections to assess construction progress and quality

Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors

Conduct research to support design decisions and stay updated with industry trends

Assist in the coordination of project documentation

Follow established standards and procedures for architectural design

Adhere to project timelines and deliverables
