Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients interested in establishing a presence within malls.
Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse businesses, ensuring a mix of brands that align with the mall's overall theme and target audience.
Brand Collaboration
Initiate and nurture relationships with established brands to explore opportunities for them to occupy space within the mall.
Collaborate with brand representatives to understand their requirements, preferences, and business objectives.
Market Research
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to make informed recommendations to clients and brands.
Conduct regular analyses of the retail landscape to identify potential tenants that would enhance the mall's overall appeal.
Negotiation And Contract Management
Lead negotiations with clients and brands regarding lease terms, rental agreements, and other relevant contractual details.
Work closely with legal teams to ensure all contracts are in compliance with regulations and protect the interests of both parties.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and design, to align the mall's offerings with the needs and expectations of clients and brands.
Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Event Planning And Promotion
Collaborate with marketing teams to organize events and promotions that enhance the visibility of the mall and its tenants.
Implement strategies to drive foot traffic and create a vibrant and engaging atmosphere within the mall.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and brands, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication and addressing any concerns or issues.
Seek feedback from tenants to continuously improve the mall's offerings and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in client acquisition, real estate, or retail management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the retail and real estate industries.
