Qualification: Bcom

Location: Opposite to Vel's University, Pallavaram, Chennai.

Responsibilities

Good Knowledge in Billing & Accounts.

Computer Savvy - Advance Excel.

Prepare and submit costing sheet/break-up for all renewals, statutory revisions.

Track Purchase orders from Client and compare with costing breakups.

Maintain all approval costing sheets and WO/PO

Coordinate for billing cost sheet

Prepare and submit cost sheet to finance.

Track generation of invoices and submission to client by soft/hard copy with supporting documents.

Follow up for submission of invoices with ops manager.

Follow up for payment and payment advices with client. Accounts reconciliation with Client and HO.
