We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Prana Security System LLP. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to potential customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience. Join us and be a part of our growing team!

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong customer service management skills

Ability to engage potential customers and effectively market products and goods

Experience in online advertising, cold calling, and social media marketing is a plus

Ability to address customer concerns and provide suitable solutions

Familiarity with safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's is preferred

Highly motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

Roles And Responsibilities

Contact potential customers through cold calling, online advertising, social media marketing, and other strategies

Promote and market our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's to potential customers

Engage potential customers in conversations to understand their needs and provide information about our products

Address customer concerns and help improve sales through effective communication and customer service management
