Job Requirements

Expertise in Installation and Troubleshooting of OS Windows, Linux, Ubuntu, Printer, Network Drives, OS software etc.

Deep Knowledge of Networking concepts LAN/WAN/Wifi (Must have ability to troubleshoot L1)

Expertise in Antivirus admin console with Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience

Expertise in Desktop Installation and Hardware Troubleshooting

Basic knowledge of P2P (point to point) network

Good understanding of Thunderbird, Outlook, OS Data Backup/Restore points

Good understanding of DVR/IP Cameras installation
