Responsibilities

Preparation of PF,ESI & LWF

Implementing staff welfare policies with key focus on enhancing employee motivation.

Maintenance of employee documentations, Time office/Leave/Attendance maintenance.

Handling New License or renewal for Client and venders.

Preparing Integrated annual Returns and Half yearly Returns.

Handling New Employee joining and exit formalities

Handling Employee payment and PF queries.
