Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at Prana Security System LLP. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's. This is a full-time position, located in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in marketing.

Qualifications And Skills

Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in marketing

Creativity skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information

Strong understanding of marketing strategy and principles

Ability to develop and deliver compelling content

Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis

Experience in managing social media platforms

Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our safety shoes, nursing shoes, and security equipment's

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences

Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing collateral

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into customers

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' marketing activities

Assist in organizing and attending promotional events and trade shows

Prepare marketing reports and present them to the management

Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers

Support in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
