Jordan Oral Health is on an exciting journey with major changes in the landscape in which we operate, both in terms of sales channels, media landscape, digitization and, not least, an increasing focus on sustainability.

The Global Senior Brand Manager for Oral Health will be be responsible for actively taking action to drive profitable growth for your category and segment.

Main tasks:

Development of a global segment growth strategy with a clear brand architecture that enables growth across relevant target groups.

Develop segment specific innovation concepts that deliver on globally relevant consumer needs and market trends.

Be professionally responsible for marketing in interdisciplinary innovation projects

Lead the timely delivery of innovation packages and marketing campaigns.

Communication development to support both core brand, as well as innovations. Ensure that needs of markets are met in both format and performance, test in selection of largest markets.

Develop optimal marketing mixes in cooperation and combination with relevant Country resources.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support brand goals

Be the expert on segment KPIs and financial developments incl. global launch trackings

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in brand management to continuously improve Jordan’s brand strategies

Involve in annual budget planning

Business-oriented with good analytical skills and understanding of numbers and economics

Your background:

Relevant master's degree with good results

Preferably 5+ years' work experience in an international set-up, preferably as a Brand Manager or other from a similar industry/FMCG

Good communication skills in English and preferably one other language

The position reports to the Global Marketing Manager and the workplace is Oslo or other Orkla Health office. Travel will be required.
