$75,000 - $85,000 per yearResponsibilities:

Ensure quality standards are being met.

Work to develop the business by taking on new projects and implementing changes as needed.

Develop and implement systems to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain communication with all stakeholders within the business.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.

Make sure all trucks get on their routes safely.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be able to follow through on commitments.

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.

Must be able to remain calm under pressure.

Knowledge of office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Ability to be organized and detail-oriented.

Must be able to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment.
