Your Responsibilities:
Provide desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT initiatives.
Maintain and update documentation related to desktop support processes and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors' degree in a science or technology related major
2 - 4 years Enterprise Desktop Support experience
Windows 10/11, AD, Azure AD, Intune, Desktop, Printer support, Knowledge of DHCP/DNS
